Delivery Policy
ProTruck Accessories offers two fulfillment options depending on the service selected at the time of purchase.
If an accessory is purchased without installation, the product may be shipped to any address within the continental United States. Shipping timelines, carriers, and tracking information will be provided once the order is processed. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.
If an accessory is purchased with professional installation, service is limited to the Los Angeles, California region. In these cases, delivery of the product is included as part of the installation service. Our team will bring the accessory in person and complete the installation during the scheduled appointment, typically on the same day. Installation services are not available outside our designated service area.
Returns & Exchanges
At ProTruck Accessories, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds for returned products and exchanges if you change your mind.
Products may be returned for a full refund provided they are unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within a reasonable time after purchase. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different accessory, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price differences. Installed products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or approved by the manufacturer. Shipping or restocking fees may apply where applicable.
